TRISTAN CAPITAL PARTNERS PORTFOLIO

Tristan Capital Partners and Patrimony signed in February 2021 a joint venture as local operating partner and asset manager with the aim of acquiring a portfolio of two office buildings located in two of the most consolidated and requested sub-markets in Barcelona, with a total land area of around 17,500 square meters.

Within the framework of this joint venture, Patrimony acts as local operating partner and asset manager, which will involve the coordination of the value creation work of the assets, including planning, refurbishment works, leasing and subsequent sale of the assets.

    • This building, designed by the famous architect Ricardo Bofill, is characterized by its ability to combine a composition of classicist spirit with a constructive and technical definition of great actuality.
    • The use of grouping two floors in a single compositional motif gives it a touch of monumentality without detriment to the practicality and proper functioning of the whole.
    • The seven floors for offices, with a total of 14,100.62 square meters, are organized according to a modular system that allows offices of different sizes. The building has a BREEAM "Good" rating.
    • Its strategic location, close to Sants station and the city’s main trade fair, makes this building an appropriate place to host the headquarters of companies that demand a good location without requiring a maximum centrality.

    • Office building located in Plaza Europa, a dynamic business area in L’Hospitalet de Llobregat very close to La Fira 2.
